2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription to the Evolution Plan at any time with written notice of 30 days. Upon cancellation, you will be charged a prorated amount for services rendered up until the date of cancellation. For quarterly and annual subscribers, the prorated amount will be based on the remainder of their term.

3. Property Rights: As part of the Evolution Plan, we will create and manage various materials and assets for you. You will have shared ownership of these materials and assets, which means you may use them for any purpose, but Benji Does retains the exclusive right to say we made them and to use them in our promotional materials.

4. Payment Terms: Payment for the Evolution Plan will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment is returned or declined for any reason, a fee of $70 will be charged to your account.

5. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

6. Scope of Services: The Evolution Plan includes access to all of our services as described in Section 1. Any services requested by the client beyond the scope of the Evolution Plan may result in additional fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before services are rendered. These fees may include but are not limited to platform fees, hosting fees, advertising fees, and other costs associated with providing the requested services.
